Telehealth Visits at CHA

See your care team in a whole new way

A telehealth visit is a video or phone appointment with your CHA provider or health care team. You can do this from your home, from work, or in another private location.

> CHA is a "video-first" telehealth system. Please plan on having your camera on for your visit.

> You must be in Massachusetts during your visit. If you will be out of state, please call your clinic to reschedule.

> You may have a co-pay or deductible for your video visit. This is usually the same as an in-person visit.

Here’s what you need to know before your visit:

  • Try to have your visit in a private, quiet setting. This will allow you to talk about your personal or private medical issues.
  • Because the visit is done remotely, there are some things we can’t do during a telehealth visit. Your provider can tell you if you need to come in for a follow-up visit or tests.
