See your care team in a whole new way

A telehealth visit is a video or phone appointment with your CHA provider or health care team. You can do this from your home, from work, or in another private location.

> CHA is a "video-first" telehealth system. Please plan on having your camera on for your visit.

> You must be in Massachusetts during your visit. If you will be out of state, please call your clinic to reschedule.

> You may have a co-pay or deductible for your video visit. This is usually the same as an in-person visit.

Here’s what you need to know before your visit:

Try to have your visit in a private, quiet setting. This will allow you to talk about your personal or private medical issues.
Because the visit is done remotely, there are some things we can’t do during a telehealth visit. Your provider can tell you if you need to come in for a follow-up visit or tests.

On the Day of Your Appointment

Look for a text or email with a link to your appointment. These usually come 30 minutes before your visit.
At the time of your appointment, click on the link and enter your date of birth.

CHA group visits are led by a group leader on video. Patients can join these visits using a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone.

Tele-Dermatology Guide

Remember to get a referral from your primary care team before asking for a Tele-Derm consult.
